[Music]hey everyone how are you doing I hopeyou are doing wonderful today I am goingto show you how to make this easyinexpensive pie and it is so good it issuch a good dessert you guys and it’s soinexpensive what you’re going to need isyour whipped topping okay and that isyour cool whipnot the canned whipped cream but yourcool whip you’re gonna need your grahamcracker crust now I bought this you canmake it yourself with graham cracker andbutter and sugar you’re going to needyour lemon curd and I got this fromTrader Joe’s and you but you can makeyour own I have not but there arerecipes for it but I got this fromTrader Joe’s and I’m going to add somefresh lemon zest into mine because Ilike things where it’s very tart whenwe’re dealing with lemon so stick aroundwe’re going to make a great summertimespring summertime pie okay so I’ve gotthe cool whip out just took it out ofthe freezer okay so I’ve got to let thatdeprived just for a couple secondsbecause it is hot here it’s gonna beabout eighty degrees you know just theway I like it you know me you know Idon’t okay and then let’s just take andwhat I like about these particular onesthis is Keibler is it comes with thecover so you can cover up your pie whenyou’re done which is nice cause you’regoing to want to put this back in therefrigerator until you’re ready to serveit[Applause][Music]okay so let’s go ahead let’s go aheadand test and I use these you guys youget them at the grocery store or at BedBath & Beyond and they come in fivedifferent colors and I use each colorfor different things that I’m cuttingbut they’re nice because they clean upreally nice and they keep the counterclean okay and oh my gosh let me tellyou I love this zester and now I know alot of you probably had pantry chefparties I used to have them all the timeand I used to get some really neat stuffI mean for having the party you know youyou really do get some nice stuff soanyway I’m just gonna zest sorry thecameras the other way but oh wow well Ican try to show you my left hand but I’mnot left-handed so how are you guysdoingyou hanging in there are we all hangingin there togetherI hope okay all right so let’s get allthat goodzest out of there okay that prettyalright[Applause]all right let’s see this should bealmost thawed and now oh you guys get inthere and all you need is enough to beincorporate this lemon zest and I likethe jar so I’m gonna keep the chartsI’ll do something you know me I’m alwayslooking for four different oh that is soprettymmm smells so good and I know it’s nothard to make actually I think I will tryitat some point because why not okay likeI said this is the perfect dessert forthe summertime because it’s very lightand being it comes from the refrigeratorit’s just it’s very very nice we’restaying in summer okay I have the lemoncurd and the Cool Whip together soyou’re just going to mix it all up sowe’re just gonna keep incorporating thisjust folding it in okay this is ready tobe put into the pie shell look at howbeautiful it was the most beautifulshade of yellow it’s like it’s chiffonit’s so pretty okay so we’re gonna addsome of our lemon zest and again it’soptional prettyand guys this is so fast so fast okaybeautifulokay let’s get Ohoh my gosh and that woman’s s just addsa kickanother pampered chef rubber spatula Iuse this spatula all the timeokay me now to top it you could use twodifferent kinds of topping really if youwanted you could use a cream cheese likeyou do on not cheesecake I’m just gonnause the rest of the cool whip so thiswhole pound tub did this pipe and what’sso nice is if you’re going you know likein the summer if you’re going somewhereyou can just make this the night beforeI mean it doesn’t take any time at allit really doesn’t and again you can justor you don’t have to put the clipwhatever you want to do with this do itthen you’re just going to take thatcover and you’re going to pop it back inthe freezer and whenever you’re ready toserve it you just take it out of thefreezer cut it up and it’ll be ready toeat within 5-10 minutes especially inthe summertime okay let’s top it can youtell I love lemon of lemon you know it’sfunny my whole family are chocolatelovers all of them except my one sonJeremy he’s more of a pie person – but Ilove citrus I love lemon anything andthere you go pretty little presentationand this just says hello spring bringingin the summer guys until we get togetheragain happy Mother’s Dayand remember mom’s the world’s a betterplace because you’re in it don’t everever forget that talk to you soon bye[Music]
