[Music]hey everybody welcome to backroads livinYouTube channel again today we’re goingto be making a chocolate cream cheesepie and it’s a very simple recipe sojust follow along with us it won’t takevery long at alland if you like our Channel pleasesubscribe hit that like button and thebell icon so you’ll be notified when weupload new videos and share the videowith a friend so what we’ve God has withjust some cream cheese and just ateaspoon of milk I think it’s 3 ouncesof cream cheese I put in there that’s hespent American and 2 tablespoons ofsugar so we’re gonna get this stirred upand have it ready for next phaseyouyouthe next thing with one today was flowbeyond the one type of way up toppingshut that in there goodthis is our first layer for this pie ourbottom layerso I want to step to me I purchased agraham cracker crust for this instead ofmaking one you can make your own if youchoose to if I can thank you I’ll put arecipe and the bottom and have to makeyour own crust but this is just so mucheasier and it tastes just as good butwhat we’re going to do is we’re going tospread this into that crustlike I said this is our bottom layerthis is a 9 inch graham cracker crustokaywe’re just gonna spread that evenly inherejust like soand then we want to make our next layerthe next thing we’re going to do is mixour chocolate pudding now I ran into alittle bit of a dilemma here because itcounts for a three ounce package all Ihad was a five and three-quarter ouncepackage so I’m gonna go ahead and mixthat according to directions and I’mgoing to only use two of them and a halfwe beat our pudding for about twominutes at medium low speedand what one day now just we’re going topour it right out in the top of this andhow no one I’ve got enough if when itfeels to that I’m not going to kind ofmeasure it for that for that threeounces I’m just going to put the puddingin it spread it like somay use the top five answers I don’tknow why I like chocolate that knifeaway if it doesn’t open forward yeahfive amps of the whole box will overflowbe too much but that’ll make a good fullpower right there we’re gonna fill thatup we’re gonna set it in therefrigerator and let it sit and whenit’s done we’ll come back when we getready to serve it we’ll top it with theremaining two will yeah you could uselike walnuts or pecans or some tocrumble a pound it would be really goodso we’ll be back when this is ready[Music]
