Butternut Squash Pie #baking

Crust: 200 g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup fresh milk
1/8 cup powdered milk
50 g shortening / unsalted butter (room temp.)
1 small egg
Chill for 30 mins before baking

Filling: 300 g mashed butternut squash (steamed or use microwave -500watt for 10 mins)
200 ml condensed milk
2 large eggs
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
2 Tbsp powdered milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup fresh milk
Use blender machine to combine well.

Bake in 150c for 50-60 mins
