Ingredients
1 pre-baked pie crust (Quinn uses a frozen crust in the video but you can make a homemade crust!)
10-12 strawberries cut in small pieces
3 T cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 T strawberry jello
Directions
Combine 3T cornstarch, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water in a sauce pan. Heat on the stove until it begins to thicken (about 5 minutes) stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 3T strawberry jello. Stir until jello is dissolved. Place strawberries in baked pie crust then pour jello mixture on the top of strawberries. Let chill in the fridge until the jello sets.
