THE INGREDIENTS IN BAKING A PUMPKIN PIE
1 and 3/4 cups boiled fresh pumpkin
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cinnamon powder
Mix all the above ingredients and pour down to the crust.

How to make the crust
1 and 1/2 cups crushed digestive biscuits
1/2 cinnamon powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsps butter
Mix them altogether and press down to a baking dish.

Pour the mixture to the crust and bake.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees C and cook the pie to 20 – 25 minutes.

Reduce the heat to 175 degrees and cook the toppings until golden brown (about 10 minutes.

For the walnut toppings
1/2 cups crushed walnuts
1/2 cups brown sugar
3 Tbsps butter
1/3 cups all purpose flour
