Hey everyone! This is a super simple 2 ingredient icebox pie- no baking!! Absolutely delicious smooth, creamy, sweet & tangy- a must have at summer events! This can also be done with key lime juice or regular lime juice and bottled can always be substitute for fresh. You can also add a little of the zest into the mixture too if you prefer a little more bite. My next endeavor will be to try this with fresh squeezed oranges, and do it a regular blind baked pie crust instead of graham cracker, I think that would be amazing!!
