Welcome to Crazy Adventures with CoCo. We are a Crazy Family of 3 who live in Utah. Mitch (dad) likes watching UFO documentaries, fishing & hunting. Family Game Nights take on a whole other level of Craziness when Dad is Playing. Candy (mom) loves inventing new recipes, and is working on becoming healthier. “CoCo” aka Codee, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on August 28th 2018, and she hasn’t let it her stop her from doing the things she loves.

Pie Filling Recipe: 1 can of pumpkin, 1 cup of evaporated milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 2tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 large eggs. *Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl, then stir in pumpkin and dry ingredient mixture. Next gradually stir in milks, and then pour into pie shell. *BAKE in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 2 hours.
