あくはとる。
そのあいだに、あさりちゃんを洗っておく。
あさりを入れて、さらに2分煮ていく。
牛乳 400ml投入。
塩と胡椒を味見をしながら入れる。
次に用意するものは、冷凍パイシート！！
15分前に冷凍庫からだしておいたよ♡
生地がくっつかないように、薄力粉も準備。
器の大きさに合うように生地を伸ばしていく。
四隅をカットする。
溶き卵を生地のまわりに塗っていく。
器に生地をかぶせる。
表面にも溶き卵を塗る。
予熱210℃のオーブンで12分焼く。
切れ端のパイ生地も焼こう♡
卵塗って、グラニュー糖振りかけてから焼いたよ♡
