Yogurt Pancakes | Camp Stoves Cooking

Ingredients:
3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar, optional
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowel combine wet ingredients.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Heat your pan. Melt butter or coconut oil on the cooking surface and spread evenly. Pour batter onto the pan. Pancakes are ready to flip when bubble form on top. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with syrup and enjoy!

hey everybody we are on top of OakMountain and this morning I’m going toshow you how to make my yogurt basedpancakes which they’re really good itsounds crazy but they’re really moistyou can get the Greek yogurt and it hasat least 14 to 15 grams of protein in itso you’re still getting protein it’s notjust bread and sugar so let me show youthe first thing every time we go campingI already pre put it in the bag it is3/4 cups flour you can use any kind ofbar you want why we have not tried itwith any of those but go for if you wantto 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 ateaspoon of baking powder and some saltI don’t really measure the salt I justkind of put some in there mix it alltogether then when you camping this isdone you don’t have to worry about thatso now we’re going to start with the wetingredient this is the brand-new yoghurtthat I use always do a Greek yogurt justcuz I feel like I’m making it a littlebit healthier you’re gonna do 1 cup ofthe Greek yogurt that’s about one cupandbefore I put it in there I like to addmy egg and you’re gonna want to use twoeggs now this makes about four or fivepancakesso now I’m sure now we’re gonna go forthe vanilla extract and I don’t reallymeasure it I just kind of think it callsfor one teaspoon but I just kind of juststart with thumb in there to have a lotof flavor also in the yogurt you can useflavored yogurt said I got thetraditional plain you could do honeyvanilla you could do I’ve actually triedwith the strawberry before and it wasokay but the honey vanilla adds a littlebit more this is what its gonna looklike before I even put the dryingredients in there now we’re gonna putin our dry ingredients that they alreadyhave cream it so this is yourconsistency that you’re looking at hereall right now we’re just going to getthe castle ended up I’m not the butteror turned it on or you think so I’mgonna do that real quick so we’ve gotthe skillet heat it up we’ve got somebutter in there and I’m just gonna placea general amount right in the centerso to heat up syrup and we’re out here Ilike to heat up boil some water and thenI just pour it first pancake is done soI like to cover it with another platewater waiting on the rest Oh pancakesare done and saravana[Music]that’s it very simple healthier versionof a pancakeso that is a yogurt pancake and if youliked this recipe give me a thumbs up ifyou like our Channel please subscribeand we’ll see you next time
