Vietnamese Crepes Recipe/How To Make Vietnamese pancakes”Bánh Xèo “/Vietnamese Crepes Extra Crispy

I’m sharing with you how To Make Crispy and Delicious Vietnamese Sizzling Savory CREPES (Bánh Xèo). This is ones of a kind Vietnamese Traditional Foods. Below is the Recipe, feel free to share with friends, very easy to make and delicious to eat.

🌹 Ingredients for 12 Crepes
1- Bag of Rice Flour ( 450gr)
2- Tsp Corn Starch
1 can coconut milk (400ml)
600 ml warm water
1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Msg , 1/2 Tsp Turmeric, and the green part of Scallions (thinly slice) Mixes all together.

🌹Filling
1-2 lbs pork loin ( Cut To thin slices)
1-2 lbs small shrimp ( peeled or half peeled)
1 pack of mushrooms (1lbs)
1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Msg, 1/2 ground pepper and the white part of scallions
🌹Veggies Filling
1 bag of bean sprouts
1 lbs Jicama (Thinly slices)

🌹Fish Sauce
3 spoons of Sugar
5 spoons of warm water
2 spoons of Fish Sauce
1/2 spoon of Lemon Juice( all mixes together )
2 hot chili 🌶 and 1-2 gloves of garlic ( Chop into small pieces )

🌹 Salad ( Vegetables)
1 head of Lecture( Washed)
2 Cucumbers (Washed)
All kinds of fresh herbs if you like 👍

👩‍🍳 Preheat the skillet on High heat, add oil + mushrooms + All Filling, then pour 1 ladle of batter (1/2 Cup) into the center of the skillet, swirl the skillet around to move the batter out as thin as you want, put a little bean sprouts and Jicama on top then put the lid on and turn the heat to medium. Cook the Crepe for 4-5 minutes, removed the lid add oil around the edges of the crepe and cook for 3 more minutes until golden. Gently fold the Crepe in half, remove and serve. Wrap with lecture, herbs and cucumber and Dipping fish sauce. It may take 7-8 minutes cook for 1 Crepe.
