Top tips for cooking pancakes
1. Pick a recipe from a reliable source, a favourite of mine is
WW, formerly Weigh Watchers, Banana & oat pancakes

2. Combine the ingredients in a jug so you can pour the mixture into the frying pan
3. Get the consistency of the mixture right
4. Spray vegetable oil into the pan
5. My gas hob work well, we don’t usually have a choice on this one!
6. Use low/medium heat
7. Pour batter into the pan
8. Be patient whist the first side cooks. Relax and breath moment Do not touch!
9. After a few air bubble become visible and the first side is cooked, turn over
10. Use a fish slice with a thin edge to lift and tun
11. Patiently wait until the other side is cooked
12. Lift from the pan to your plate or a wire cooling rack
13. Serve with fruit, plain yogurt and agave syrup (optional)
14. These can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the microwave the next day for a super quick breakfast
