SIMI’S KITCHEN |HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES|

INGREDIENTS:
1. GROUND SUGAR 2 TABLE SPOON.
2. BANANA 1 LARGE
3. EGG 1.
4. SALTED MELTED BUTTER 1 TABLE SPOON.
5. MILK 90 ml APPROXIMATELY.
6. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1/2 CUP
7. BAKING POWDER 1/2 TEA SPOON.
8. 1/4 CUP OF DRY ROASTED AND GROUND OATS.
9. CINNAMON POWDER 1/4 TEA SPOON
10. CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
11. VANILLA ESSENCE 1/4 TEA SPOON.
PANCAKE BATTER:
1. ADD BANANAS, SUGAR, MILK, EGGS AND MELTED BUTTER IN BLENDER AND MAKE SMOOTH PASTE.
2. SIEVE MAIDA, BAKING POWDER AND ADD OATS AND CINNAMON POWDER, MIX WELL.
3. ADD THE LIQUID BANANA MIXTURE INTO THE MIX, ADD VANILLA ESSENSCE AND MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER.
4. KEEP THE BATTER IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MIN.
LET’S MAKE PANCAKES:
1. HEAT A NONSTICK PAN TO MODERATE HEAT AND GREASE THE PAN WITH BUTTER AND POUR BATTER IN FORM OF MALPUA.
2. COOK TILL BUBBLES ARE FORMED, (ABOUT 2 MIN) FLIP SIDE AND COOK FOR 1-1.5 MIN.
3. HAVE IT WITH MAPLE SYRUP, JAM, OR HONEY BUT THE HEALTHIEST IS HONEY, SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND ENJOY.
