1. Ragi 1 cup
2. Powdered sugar 1/3rd cup
3. Cocoa powder 1/3rd cup
4. Milk 1/2 cup
5. Canola or Olive oil 1 tbsp
6. Butter to grease pan
7. Chocolate syrup if desired
Mix 1 to 5 to form a lump-free batter. Fry the pancakes on medium heat.
