Quarantine Recipe: How To Make Eggless Whole-Wheat Fluffy Pancakes (complete tutorial)

The perfect sweet start to your day!
This recipe makes about 8×3 inch pancakes. Let’s get started:

100g flour
65g atta
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
30g milk powder
90g caster sugar
80g butter, salted (melted and cooled)
290-300g milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
A handful – blueberries (optional)

Tips:
– Adjust the heat of the gas: start with medium-low when you pour the batter and switch between high and low for a few seconds till you get nice bubbles! Cook on medium-low after flipping.
– Avoid applying butter on the pan to get even browning.
– While making pancakes, if the leftover batter becomes thick, add a little more milk, 1tsp at a time to get smooth consistency.
– You can also add chocolate chips to this batter!

Serving options:
Whipped cream, fresh fruits, honey, maple syrup, chocolate spread, nutella, or whatever you fancy!
