鸡蛋饼 （方子来自小高姐）
预热烤箱220度 preheat oven 220 degrees
两个鸡蛋 2 eggs;
1/2杯面粉 1/2 cup flour;
2/3杯牛奶 2/3 milk;
1/4小勺盐 1/4 tsp salt;
少许白胡椒粉 white pepper (optional);
一颗葱，一个小红椒，切碎
Chopped spring onions and red chilli;
Mix together. Heat cast iron pan, add oil and pour the mixture into the pan. Then transfer into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
铸铁锅预热，加入食用油，将混合好的液体倒入锅中，加热少许，转移至烤箱中220度烤20分钟即可
