INGREDIENTS
•1 1/2 cup flour
•1/4 cup sugar
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•3 (1/2) teaspoon baking powder (not soda) i.e 1/2 teaspoon three times.
•1 1/4 cup milk
•1 egg
•3 tablespoons oil
•Vanilla extract (optional)
