Pancakes Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
1 fresh egg
Milk Tbsp. (15g)
Flour (multipurpose) 1.5 Tbsp. (17g.)
Sugar 2 Tbsp. (28g.)
Vanilla sugar 1 Tsp (2.6g.
Baking powder 1 Tsp (2.6g)
Salt 1/4 Tsp. (0.6g.)
Vegetarian oil 1 Tsp.
Chocolate, Jam, Physalis and Mint leaves for garnishing

*IMPORTANT:
If you have special cake flour, it is not necessary to add baking powder. In this recipe of pancakes, we use regular multipurpose flour

HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES:
Separate the yolk of one egg
Add Salt, Vanilla sugar and Milk
Add baking powder and Flour
Whisk all ingredients
Beat the eggs white with sugar
Add sugar in portions
Beat until stiff peaks form (about 3 min)
Carefully fold the egg whites into the pancake batter
Make 2 paper circles about 4in. (10cm) diameter
Spread the Oil on a heated pan (lowest heat)
Set the circles in the middle of a pan and fill with the batter
Pour 2 tsp. of water, cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes
Flip the pancakes over and remove paper
Set the chocolate on top, pour 2 tsp. of water, cover and cook 5 minutes
Serve with sugar powder, Jam (on your taste), Physalis and Mint leaves
