I love the American pancake but am making it my own way am greasing the pan with a little bit of oil to ensure it cooks through but I love the fluffy look and taste
ingredients
1 cup of sifted flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of milk
sunflower oil
3 tablespoons of sugar
a pinch of salt
some blueberries and raspberries
