A pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round. Pancake is prepared from a maida based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter. In this video, I have used egg but pancake can be prepared eggless also. Normally, pancake is cooked on a hot surface such as frying pan. For frying we can use oil or butter but here I have not used any oil or butter. I just baked in a nonstick frying pan.
The pancake’s shape and structure varies worldwide. Pancakes may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or fillings.

केक भला किसे अच्छे नहीं लगते। केक भोजन का एक रूप है, आम तौर पर एक मिठाई, बेक्ड मिठाई। केक में आमतौर पर आटा, चीनी, अंडे और मक्खन या तेल का एक संयोजन होता है, कुछ किस्मों के साथ तरल (आमतौर पर दूध या पानी) और खमीर उठाने वाले एजेंट (जैसे खमीर या बेकिंग पाउडर) की भी आवश्यकता होती है। आज केक की बहुत सारी वेराइटी उपलब्ध है। पहले केक पश्छ्मि देश के लोगो के खान पान मे ही शामिल होता था लेकिन अब यह पूरे विश्व मे बहुत ही पसंद किया जाने वाला डिश है। तथा अब केक बनाने के आधुनिक उपकरणों की उपलब्धता ने, केक बनाने की प्रक्रिया को काफी आसान बना दिया है।
पैन केक बनाने की सामाग्री निम्न प्रकार से है –
अंडा – 1
चीनी – 2 टेबल स्पून
मैदा – 1 कप
दूध – 1/2 कप
बेकिंग पावडर – 1/2 टेबल स्पून
नमक – 1/4 टेबल स्पून
गार्निश करने की सामग्री –
शहद – 3-4 टेबल स्पून
बटर – 1 छोटा टुकड़ा
वनीला आइसक्रीम – 1 कप या 1 स्कूप
चॉकलेट सिरप – 3-4 टेबल स्पून
