Oatmeal Banana Pancakes | Quarantine Cooking with Chef Harsh

Making a healthy and delicious breakfast has never been so easy and never looked so good! Enjoy these simple banana oatmeal pancakes with your family and if you’re like me, you’ll have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Check out the recipe below, and cook along with me!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk (any kind)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup oats flour (ground up rolled oats)
2 bananas, roughly chopped
coconut oil
honey
.
Method:

1. In a blender add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend for a few seconds.
2. Then add oats, baking powder, cinnamon and blend again.
3. Finally add bananas and blend until smooth.
4. Grease a skillet with butter or oil spray pour batter on hot pan. Cook on a medium-low heat until bubbles appear and flip. Once browned on both sides, remove from pan and stack!
5. Serve topped with fruits, chocolate chips, maple syrup, honey, ice cream, or any combination of the above!
