So today I decided to make MINI pancake their soft , chewy, tasty and easy to make…
INGREDIENTS:
1) (¾ cup+1 tbsp all) purpose flour
2) ½ tsp baking powder
3) ¼ tsp baking soda
4) pinch of salt
5) 1egg
6) 2 tbsp melted butter
7) ½ cup +4 tbsp buttermilk or ½ cup milk +¼tsp vinegar/¼tsp lemon juice
8) 3 tbsp sugar
9) 1 tsp of vanilla essence
