Hi guys, this is Maya Triana I’m a student of Nutrition Science. Now I’m going to show you about how to make pancake. Do you know pancake? Pancakes are made from flour, eggs, sugar and milk it’s usually eaten at breakfast.
The benefits of pancakes are
• Store important nutrients and increase energy
Because pancakes are made from flour, eggs, milk and baking powder, these foods store many important nutrients to increase energy. Like calcium, carbohydrates and vitamin D.
• Make the heart healthier
Pancakes that only use a little butter and syrup may indeed taste a bit bland but this way makes your heart healthier.
So, let’s make it now!
We need:
1. 1 egg
2. 125ml milk
3. 125 grams flour
4. 4 tbs sugar
5. 7 grams vanilla
6. Pinch of salt
7. 1 tsp baking powder
8. 3 tbs melted butter
9. Banana and honey for topping
Step:
1. Prepare a bowl
2. Shake 1 egg and 4 tbs sugar
3. Pour 3 tbs melted butter, mix well
4. Add 125ml of milk
5. Next add 125 grams flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 7 grams vanilla and pinch of salt mix everything well and make a smooth batter.
6. Heat the pan, spread a little melted butter with a tissue to prevent it from sticky
7. Pour one scoop of batter
8. Wait until the bubbles come out
9. Then flip the pancake, and cook for another minute
10. Serve with chopped bananas and honey. Enjoy it!
