These taste great for breakfast and desert so try out this recipe
Mix in a small bowl:
1/2 cup cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
In a large bowl mix untill light gold in color:
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan set over medium heat bring milk to a SIMMER
remove from heat and add butter and oil. Stir until butter is melted:
1/4 cup milk (soy works too)
1 tablespoon butter (1/8 stick)
1/9 cup vegtable oil
Slowly mix the hot butter milk oil mixture into the batter untill
combined and smooth.
Set pancake griddle to 275 farenheit and spray with nonstick oil.
Put pancake batter on the heated griddel and cook pancakes till golden on each side
Put on plate and serve
