Ingredients:
Butter
1 medium-size egg
3/4 cup water
1 pack MAYA Original
Fluffy n’ Tasty Hotcake Mix 250
Procedures:
– Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until slightly lumpy.
– Pour hotcake batter onto pre-heated, lightly greased pan or flat skillet.
– Cook until bubbly then turn to cook the other side.
– Serve with syrup, honey or jam
For 500g: Makes 16-17
4-inch hotcake or 48 fun size
3-inch hotcake
Note: Use 1/4 measuring cup to make 4-inch sized hotcakes.
