Making Banana Pancakes | Cooking with Liz | ARTWORKS

Make healthy and delicious vegan banana pancakes with Liz!

Ingredients:

One banana

Six tablespoons of ground oats

One tablespoon of oil

One tablespoon of non-dairy milk

One teaspoon of sugar (optional)

A dash of cinnamon (optional)

A tiny pinch of salt

Half a teaspoon of baking powder

A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

+ any toppings you like

You’ll also need:

A non-stick frying pan

A spatula

A fork

A plate or bowl

A blender (or something to grind the oats)

Cooking spray or some oil to grease the pan
