[Music]all right good morning we’re going tomake berry lemon oat pancakes and thesecome from the hundred girls simply sixcookbook I can’t remember right off thebat I’ll make them exactly like heror if I don’t but if if I don’t it’s notfar from it so I’ve got my panpreheating already which you know meit’s probably too hot but as fast asthis comes together I want to go aheadand have it ready so what I didI’ve already zested the lemon you cansee pretty good a little bit of zestdon’t skip this part I have skipped itbefore and tried to use lemon juice youknow lot of lemon juice not the samejust don’t just trust medon’t deplete 1/3 cup of old-fashionedoatmeal don’t know if it works withquick cooking or not because I hadn’treally tried it half a teaspoon ofbaking powder a dash of cinnamon andsalt so let me let me get the salt firstjust a dash of cinnamon okay then oneegg1/4 cup of just your any old nonfatplain Greek yogurt the G you like theEmma C okayvanilla quarter teaspoon of vanillaand finally let’s see the lemon juicethe juice of the lemon that you dissesacted this is a very soft look aboutthat James I don’t probably get one thissoft I hope it’s not too much but she’sgoing with it I think lemon andblueberries is a classic classiccombinationall I’m gonna do besides make a mess yestake this over here to my ninja you canuse your regular blender whatever kindof balloon do you have I don’t let mywork in the food processor I pet andtried it but you’re just mixing it tillsmooth I can smell my cook my pen is toohot hold onok that’s pretty goodand that was fixing to be a mess allright I’ll be right back quite possibleI had too much lemon juice because we’reon up through there some spray it’sawful runny so I’m thinking that is waytoo runny yeah that was too much I toldyou I’ve never had one with that muchjuice in it and that was too much soI’ll sit you on hold and I’m just gonnaadd more oatmeal and just count thepoints I think this should do better ifit don’t I’m just gonna go with itbecause I’m gonna add any more pointsyeah you have a really juicy lemon likemine I’m telling you I have made thispaint these pancakes many times I’venever run across this problem until I’mright here in front of all y’all if yourun across the same problem with yourlemon was as juicy as what you saw mineonly do half do not do the full thing oryou gonna have to double your pointswith double the oatmeal and if you’renot doing that today but it just is okaywe’re gonna do half because it justmakes two pancakes see that’s how it’ssupposed to lookcome on there that’s maybe that’s maybeit and then I don’t have freshblueberries some frozen ones work justas goodsometime when there are fresh oneswhat do you still get fresh ones now butI’ve used both like cannot tell thedifference of course I don’t have themost discerning palate ease sometimes Iwonder if I tell y’all I can’t tell thedifference in something if maybe youcan’t tell the difference and just mypalate does not tell the difference okayI’m not gonna make you watch this I’llbe backokay I did absolutely no justice tohungry girl no justice whatsoevermy grandson could have made pancakeslook better than these pancakes you seethis can y’all see this is what thiscrust right here I think that comes fromhaving to add that extra oatmeal I mightnot have needed double the amount butsince it was like double amount lemonjuice I went ahead yours are not gonnalook like this like my husband just camehome and I told him I have made thesepancakes I don’t know how many timesthey did not look like this they comeout beautiful every time nice littlepancake pretty little blue base on it sodon’t let this dissuade you from makingthese pancakes because they’re verydelicious and they do look better thanthis but y’all know if I mess it upy’all see it anyway so there you do itbetter there you go there you go it[Laughter]hungry girls berry lemon oat pancakes[Music]
