American Pancakes – Recipe
* 1 cup of flour (1 xícara de farinha de trigo)
* 2 Tablespoons of sugar (2 colheres de açúcar)
* 2 teaspoons of baking powder (2 colheres de fermento em pó)
* 1 pinch of salt (1 pitada de sal)
* 1 cup of milk (1 xícara de leite)
* 2 Tablespoons of melted butter (2 colheres de manteiga derretida)
* 1 large egg (1 ovo grande)
* Assorting toppings such as fruits, honey, Nutella (Coberturas como frutas, mel, Nutella)
How to prepare (Modo de preparo)
1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. (Em uma tigela junte os ingredientes secos e reserve)
