How to make the Fluffiest Buttermilk Pancakes!!

These Buttermilk pancakes are so easy to make and they are super fluffy!! Still wish I had I-HOP’s secret recipe but these are the next best thing!
If they don’t turn out fluffy the first time you make them don’t blame it on the recipe, just make sure you follow these tips:
-Spoon your flour into your measuring cup or weigh it(do not scoop it)
-DO NOT overmix your batter. I cannot stress this enough, it is very important to achieve fluffy pancakes. This means you should be able to see some lumps and flour when you are done mixing the batter
-Don’t press down on your pancakes while they are cooking. It can be tempting but you’ll end up getting a flat pancake.
-I know you want to turn the heat all the way up on you pan but we found it’s best to cook it “slow and low”
