How to make the Best Protein Pancakes


– 1 Egg
– 100g of Oats
– 1 Banana
– 1-1 1/2 Scoops of Whey Protein (Casein doesn’t cook that well)
– Cinnamon + Nutmeg Optional
– Water/ Milk to Mix
– Low Cal Spray/ Butter/ Rapeseed Oil

This is a short one on my version of Protein Pancakes, been a lot of trial and error but best believe when I say these are so premium.
