Pancakes have been one of the world’s most iconic breakfast of all time. This recipe makes the softest and fluffiest pancake you’ll ever try. Once you try this recipe you’ll never go back to your already made store-bought pancake mix.
Before we begin don’t forget to subscribe to my channel
1 cup of plain flour / all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoon sugar
¾ cup water or milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Begin by combining all the dry ingredient, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a measuring cup or large bowl. Afterwards add the egg, water and vanilla and mix with a whisk until there are no more clumps whiles mixing don’t forget to mix the bottom or scrape the bottom with a scapular so that everything is fully combined.
NOTE: be careful not to over mix your batter otherwise I will end up a dense pancake. In case you over mix your batter just let the batter sit for about 10mins. but after the 10 mins don’t mix.
On medium-low heat, heat the pan then fry the pancake. This can be done with the help of ½ measuring cup. you will know when the pancake is done on one side when you can see bubble/ tiny holes all over the top. When you see that flip your pancake and let it cook on the other side.
These pancakes are at their best when eaten with syrup and f butter.
Since this my first YouTube video I might as well do an introduction.
My name is Kukua. I’m 15 years old and I’ve been cooking & baking since I was 8 years old. I started cooking& baking for fun and mostly because I used to watch MasterChef Junior, Chopped Junior and Kids Baking Championship. I’m a 100% self-thought. I learnt how to cook and bake by watching YouTube videos. Some YouTubers I’ve been watching since I started cooking& baking are Laura Vitale from Laura in the kitchen, Nicko from Nicko’s kitchen and Stephanie Jaworski from Joy of Baking.
