There’s something about pancakes that makes everybody happy. It’s so easy and delicious.
I love my pancakes super thick and fluffy.

200ml Soy milk
8g Baking powder
32g Sugar
Vanilla extract
170g Flour

Wisk together milk, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add 100g of flour, whisk until moistened, add the remaining 70g of flour. Whisk again until you have a thick dough.
Heat a large frying pan. Carefully rub frying pan with butter and take the excess with a paper towel.
Cook until the surface of pancakes have some bubbles (1 to 2 minutes). Flip with a thin spatula, cook until browned on the underside.
Serve with fruits or chocolate, honestly, the sky is the limit.
