How to make simple Chinese pancake (发面烙饼）
Hey, guys welcome back. In my vegan chili video, I said I will show you how to make the Chinese pancake, aka Bing. Here it is. It’s made with yeast dough and simply pan fried. I also talked about a simple flour to yeast ration to make most of yeast dough. It’s super easy. Come on check it out.
This recipe serves 2-3 people
300g all purpose flour
3g (1/2+1/4 tsp) yeast
2-4 g (1/2 to 1 tsp) salt
200g water
1g (1/4 tsp) sugar
