HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN PANCAKES. Whole grain and vegan! Healthy home cooking with a dietitian.

In this episode of Nutrition with Lorelei, the dietitian tries to surprise Joe with pancakes. You will be surprised by how easy it is to make healthy pumpkin pancakes at home that are nutritious and delicious!

WHOLE GRAIN VEGAN PUMPKIN PANCAKES:
1 cup WW flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tb sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (https://www.360flavorandspice.com/product/pumpkin-pie-blend/)
1/2 cup pureed pumpkin (or roasted squash)
1 Tb veg oil
1 cup buttermilk (1 Tb vinegar or lemon juice added to milk or plant milk)
