■ Potato Pancakes Recipe ■

1. Add salt to the water to dissolve it.
2. Put the potatoes in salt water. Because to remove the starch of the potato.
3. Slice and add vegetables such as paprika, onion, and Perilla leaves.
4. Mix 3 eggs with vegetables.
5. Heat up a 9 to 12 inch nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
6. Cook a few minutes until the bottom of the pancake turns crispy and a light golden brown.
7. Turn it over.
8. Keep turning it over and cooking until both sides are crispy, usually about 7 to 8 minutes.
