[Music]hi everybody if CMD Viet welcome to mychannel allas yummy feed today I’m gonnashow you how to make billion chickieBlin cheeky are the Russian type ofpancakes which are stuffed with thefilling and today I’m gonna be stuffingthem with meat and potato and thiscombination is so good really fillingsort of more like a main course Iusually have it for dinner with sourcream and it’s so amazing it’s honestlymy comfort food and what I love aboutthis recipe as well as that you canfreeze them so if you’re in a rush youcan just take them out and cook themstraight away and they will taste justas good as the fresh ones so I reallyhope you enjoyed this recipe let’s getstarted now let’s make the Bedini in abowl add your eggs and then sugar andsalt then you want to whisk this on highspeed until your mixture doubles thenyou want to add milk and sift your flourstraight in there and then using a whiskmix it all again then add your oil andmix everything one more time and yourmixture is ready to go make sure yourpan is nice and hot and you want to addyour first ladle on top and then swirlit around and click it for a few minuteson each side the first time cake mightnot be good but just keep going and thenyou will have a stack of delicious blingcheeky guys and girls I have my recipeon my website at Ali’s yummy food calmyou’ll find full ingredients and alsodirections on how to make this and alsoyou’ll be able to find loads of otherrecipes that I do for my channel justclick through click on the picture andyou’ll be able to see the whole videowith the directions and the full recipein English and Russian languagesnow we’re gonna make our potato fillingsso take your potatoes peel them off takeoff all the skin and once they’re readywe’re gonna cut them into nice smallpieces sort of like in quarters so cutin half and then in half again so theseshould be good you want to then placethem into a pot of cold water and I’mgoing to boil them for about 25 minutesor so it might take less depending onhow quickly they boil once they areboiled and ready you want to mash themup with a potato masher and then addsome seasoning salt and pepper and a bitof butter mix everything together andit’s done now we’re gonna make our meatfilling so chop up your onion nice andfine into little pieces just like thatand then we’re going to add this into afrying pan which is already preheatedwith some oil you can also add a littlebit of butter if you want so we’re goingto fry the onions for a few minutesuntil they’re nice golden andcaramelized and at that point you wantto mix everything through and add yourmeat filling and then mix everythingtogether so that you get sort of an evencoating of your meat and onion mixturethen you want to season your meat addsalt and pepper and mix everything ingame once you meat has been cooked youwant to add it into a food processor andblitz it until you get nice meatytexture just like that so the meat is abit smaller and easier to eattake each pancake place it onto yourboard and you want to add your meatfilling fast and we’re going to beadding about two tablespoons of fillingso one tablespoon of each thing to addyour potato and meat together squash itdown and then you want to roll it outfrom the bottom and kind of lock thefilling inside and then take it from thesides and make a nice roll up so justhold the filling press down and keeprolling until you get a nice roll justlike that so we’re going to repeat theprocess with the rest of the pancakesfeel free to add less or more potato ormeat filling as you like but I do findthat this combination works the best andonce you have done all your pancakesyou can either store them in a freezerfor later or if you’re going to eat themstraight away then I suggest youpre-heat your pan and put some butterand oil inside and then on a high heatyou want to fry them from both sidesuntil they get beautiful nice and goldencolor make sure you don’t burn them sojust be very very careful and watch oncethey’re nice and crispy you can servethem they are so delicious you’ve gotthat crispy topping very soft insidevery delicious filling it’s reallymouth-watering savitur sour cream or anyother sources that you might like andenjoy guys thanks for watching[Music]
