Hello all, Today I’m sharing with you how to make basic pancake for your quick morning.
Ingredients
All Purpose Flour – 1 Cup ( 1 Cup = 250 ml)
Milk – 3/4 Cup (room temperature)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Salt – a pinch
Baking Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Egg – 1 Nos
Vanilla Essence – Optional (to avoid the smell of Egg)
For more Healthier version you can replace all Purpose flour with Wheat Flour/ Millet Flour etc.,
