How to make Pancake Cereal |Tiktok Recipe | Berry Cook

PANCAKE CEREAL

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1 medium beaten egg
1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
2 tbsp. Cooking oil
Butter (optional)
Pancake syrup (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
2. Add sugar, mix until well combined.
3. Pour beaten egg, milk and vanilla extract.
4. Whisk until turns into smooth batter.
5. Transfer the mixture into squeeze bottle.
6. Heat up a non- stick pan over low heat. Brush the pan with a thin layer of cooking oil.
7. Squeeze out mini pancakes.
8. Cook until the mini pancakes start to bubble.
9. Flip each mini pancake to cook other side.10. Serve with a pat of butter and drizzle with pancake syrup.
11. You can also add choco chip and chocolate syrup.
12. Serve and Enjoy!
