How to make light fluffy pancakes

today we’re making my favorite breakfastpancakes which i usually eat oncea week so for this recipe you need onecup flour which is sievedtwo tablespoons sugar with onetablespoon baking powderhalf teaspoon salt so that’s the dryingredients so first we’re going to takeour flourmix with our sugarbaking powderand saltand then we mix themafter a really good mix we put on sunand now we carry on our weddingfor the wet ingredient ingredients youneed two tablespoon butterone egg half one cup milk andhalf teaspoon vanilla essenceso we take our milk and we add that toour bowlnow we add our butterour eggand now we measure our vanillahard to openokay make sure the milk is warm or elseyour pancakes won’t be fluffyso now we set that to the side and nowwe mix until the mixture is all togetherand the yolk is goneafter i mixed all the wet ingredients wemix them both togetherso we add the wet and do it um smallbits at a timegradually about that much at a timeand you mixyou don’t want it to dough you just wantto mix it graduallyyou don’t want those so you just adda tiny bit moreafter that you add the whole thingand mix into a battermake sure all the lumps are out or elseyou have a really disgustinglumpy pancakeso after a really good mix your battershould be looking like this soand now you bring it to the pack put thepan on low put the pan on low heatand add a tiny bit of butter wellmy mom will help me do this party[Music]and now we add the pancake mixmake sure they’re big circlesnow bubbles will come you’ll set thesidebut now we have to wait for a few morebubbles to come so we can flip the sidenow the bubble thumb you’ll flip theside ofnow we flip the side now this is readywe’ll take it off and put it on theplatewith maple syrup nutella and whippedcream or even strawberries and now i’mgoing to putpork maple syrup on itbecause i like mine with maple syrupyou
