How to make Fluffy Pancakesㅣ 4K

This is a super simple and easy way to make fluffy pancakes. You probably already have all the ingredients you’ll need at home! This is a great recipe for beginners and can be made quickly so you can enjoy some fluffy sweet pancakes either for a relaxing Sunday family breakfast or a quick breakfast for dinner type of night

Servings: ~8 Medium Pancakes

Ingredients

– 2 Cups (280g) AP Flour
– 1/4 (55g) Cup sugar
– 4 tsp Baking Powder
– 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 1.5 cups Milk
– 1/4 cup Melted Butter (+ extra for cooking)
– 1 large Egg
– Syrup
– (Optional) Powdered sugar for topping
– (Optional) Chocolate Chips for topping

Directions:
1. In a bowl, sift in your flour and then mix in your sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Then mix in your egg, milk, and melted butter. Stir just until you don’t see any big patches of dry flour. You want your batter to be a little lumpy.
3. In a non-stick frying pan melt about a tbsp of butter over medium low heat until melted. Then place one ladle (~1/2 cup) of batter into the center of your frying pan. Cook until you start to see bubbles form on top of your pancake. Then gently flip and cook until the underside is browned.
4. Continue with the rest of the batter. The pancakes will generally stay warm until you are finished cooking however if you are worried you can put them in the oven on its lowest setting to keep them warm.
5.Feel free to add any toppings like chocolate chips, or blueberries while cooking!
6. Then add some syrup and if using, some powdered sugar over the top of your cooked pancakes!
7.Enjoy!
