Here is a quick an easy recipe for American style pancakes.
This recipe will take you about 5 minutes to prepare.
How ever cooking the pancakes may take longer. With this particular recipe you’ll have 12 delicious small pancakes (about 4.5inch diameter)
Absolutely delicious recipe would recommend for entire family. Great quick breakfast.
All made from scratch.

INGREDIENTS LIST!
– 1 Tbsp baking powder
– 30 g sugar
– 200 g plain flour
– 300 g milk
– 50 g unsalted butter
– 2 medium eggs
– 0.5 tsp fine sea salt
– Fresh Fruit
Preparation
Step1: Melt 50g of butter and place in the
mixing bowl.
Step2: Add milk, eggs, sugar, flour, baking
powder and salt. (Blend/Mix thoroughly)
Step3: To cook the pancakes, heat 1/2 tsp
of butter in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Cook for 1-2 minutes or as soon as you see enough bubbles forming on the surface.
Then flip the pancake and cook for 1 minute. Keep pancakes warm and repeat process.
