300g Self Raising Flour
3 Eggs
1 TS Baking Powder
Almond Milk
Vanilla Extract
Buttermilk Butter (Clover)

remember thick pancake mixture thickpancakes hello and welcome to Brodus sotoday i’m going to show you how to makefluffier american pancakes with zerosugar zero that’s right zero sugar soour ingredients are going to be 300grams self-raising flour 3 eggs we’vegot 1 tbsp of baking powder I’m going todo a little bit of salt 60 grams I’llput some milk butter 1 teaspoon ofMadagascar vanilla I’m gonna use almondmilk as well with that you want about150 to 200 mils as we’re pouring it inwe’re just gonna check the thickness ofthe pancake so we’ll just do that as wego along and that’s everything so I sawthe ingredients that’s going to makearound about 910 American pancakesdecent amount for a family so gonna readin these dry ingredients first startwith self raising flour baking powder orby cabinet solder all right then bitsaltI’m just gonna give it a quick mix in itwell sweet once we got a little bit of aa decent mix there we’re going to thenadd the eggs in so we’ve got threemedians or large X[Applause]we’re gonna give them a little bit of amixer what I like to do without as welljust what see it’s all over the topwatch the flour going all over yourkitchen themwe start getting a bit of a mix itsince now it’s getting a bitit’s gonna start to pour the almond milkin there what you want to look for is anice consistent circle let the ball goaround once if you’ve got one of thesemachines if not just pour a bit innotice better off leaving it for a bitif you need to add more and get out morelater on gonna add in the melted boxer[Music]I start to get a nice consistencythrough there them probably scientistsstill adds a little bit of vanillaextractseveryone roundaboutsgives you a nice bit of flavor therenice and smooth mixtureso enough you can see that you just dropit off the whisk so it’s nice and smooththat’s gonna make perfect pancake okaythe reason we want nice thick mixturelike this is because we want nice thickpancakesif the plank it makes just to thin it’sjust going to hit the pan start tospread it’s just gonna be really thinpancake it’ll cook through too quicklyand and you’re just gonna get thinpancakes that’s not gonna cook evenly onboth sidesso remember thick pancake mixture thickpancakes I’m gonna come over to the panso we want a nice medium heat so don’tturn that heat up too much to start offyou don’t want to heat it all quicklybecause it’s just going to burn thefirst pancake as soon as you put it inwell you will find as well modern lightlike probably 90% of the time your firstpancake will be awful just so till youfind the right consistency if your firstone needs to go in a bitget it talked in the bid okay so thatpunch should be nice medium heat I’mjust going to turn it down a littletouch as soon as just hit that pan youcan hear it start to cook straight or acircle as you can spot on that so it’scook started to cook there straight awayand you’re gonna get a nice even cook onthat side I want to try and look forthese little bubbles just on top of thepancake here once then bubble starts arecoming throughit’s time to flip and if you flip tooearly it’s gonna be a nightmare you’llend up we mix dry around your pan and soyeah we just want to make sure we keepan eye on the top thereobviously these pancakes are a littlebit thicker so he’s gonna take longerfor them to go over so you can just stopit a little look under thereas you can see that went nice and easeit up because it’s so thick the mix isless likely to spread out across the panI’m gonna leave that for five seconds sowe want to do 5 5 seconds on either sidewe’re gonna flip it back over cook itfor another theaterif you prep in these just knock 5 or 10seconds off what you can do there thenis when you warm them up in themicrowave and they’ll start to read cookagain so you don’t want them perfectlycooked you want them slightlyundercooked sold I’ll fluff up a littlebit more in the microwave the nextmorning about seconds flip it back overyou just give it a little push you’llsee it’s still quite raw in the middleso we’re just gonna give that another 30to 45 seconds as I said if you are goingto reheat these in the – oh you mealprepping them on the cooker and then thenext day they’ll cook again in themicrowave ok and catch the Sun can welljust watch this as a flip this watch therise on the pancakeas you can see perfect fitness on thempancakes and then they’ve got to rise upa little bit more if you put them in themicrowave as well the next day so muchenough it they’ll be in the morning todress the pancakes I’m going
