In this video I show you how to make the classic American style fluffy pancakes. These pancakes are super easy to make and I also show you how you can make your own buttermilk recipe at home.
Ingredients:
350ml Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Large Eggs
50g Caster Sugar
1.5 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Yogurt or 60g Melted Salted Butter
300g Plain Flour
Pinch of Salt
½ Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
A little oil to grease the pan
