The biggest why i’m starting and passionate about The Responsible Life is not only to FEED people but to teach mom, dads, kids the power of food can impact your life which is connected to your energy levels at work or school, your mental state and how you “feel” good or bad via the food you are processing into your body system and if you have ever thought you have TIme in a busy household to rustle up a homecooked meal with no planning you are in for a big shock. The secret is meal planning of some sort and by having that done for you imagine you could
a) buy JUST the key ingredients needed for that week
b) feel like a NEW you and most probably your kids can focus on their homework
c) Save yes SAVE more pennies in your pocket
d) To live longer to see your kids grow up and in turn their kids have kids…you get the picture.

We know it’s a big BIG STEP to change. We are not here to force you to change but maybe nudge you in the right direction to encourage yourself to WANT to change.
