Ingredients :
All purpose flour – ½ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Egg- 1
Sugar – 3 tsp
Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Butter – for greasing pan
Procedure :
Step 1: In a bowl add cracked egg, powdered sugar mix well until sugar dissolves..
Step 2:Then add milk ,vanilla essence mix well until combined well.
Step 3:Now put one strainer add maida/all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda seive well.
Step 4:Now mix all ingredients to get pouring consistency like medium thickness batter.
Step 5:Now heat a cast iron pan,When the pan is hot grease some butter, add one ladle full of batter and cook 2 minutes on low flame.
Step 6:Once bubbles will form on top,flip the other side and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7:Repeat with remaining batter.
Step 8:Serve the pan cakes with maple syrup/honey on top
