Hi everyone I am Hiral and welcome back to my channel. As it’s Christmas time I’ve come up with easy eggless pancakes. This recipe is very easy to make so you can make this for Christmas. This is my personal favourite and many people have tasted these pancakes so try it and do let me know how was it.
The measurements are for 1 person you can double the measurements according to your needs.
1/2 cup or 50ml of powdered sugar
1 cup or 100ml of maida or all-purpose flour
1 cup or 100ml of milk
1 tablespoon of oil (should not have a strong smell)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
Strainer
Mixing bowl
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients and then the wet ingredients.
Use the strainer for dry ingredients to avoid lumps.
All the ingredients should be at room temperature.
Then pour the batter into the pan and decorate according to you.
