INGREDIENTS:

– eggs
– sugar
– milk
– oil
– flour
– baking powder
– salt

PREPARATION PROCESS:

– take a bowl
– break 2 eggs into the bowl
– mix well
– add 1.5 cup milk
– add 4 tbsp oil
– mix well
– then add 2 cup flour, 1 tbsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt
– whisk until no lump
– rest the batter for 15 mins

– heat the pan
– take a cup of batter and cook it with low heat
– flip it when the bubbles coming out
– cook until its done
– repeat the process for all the remaining batter
– adjust seasoning and serve hot
– enjoy 🙂
