Coconut flour can be tricky to work with, so today I’m sharing a recipe for fluffy and delicious Coconut Flour Pancakes. All you need is a handful of ingredients and one bowl to stir them all together!
These pancakes are naturally sweetened with a little bit of maple syrup, but if you can swap that for water or a zero-calorie syrup, if you want to make them sugar-free. In that case, these pancakes have just 1 net carb for those following a low-carb or Keto diet plan.
