Ingredients:
Serving Size: ( 2 waffles or 6 pancakes)
Dry ingredients:
1 cup flour (wheat flour/ all purpose flour)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4th tsp baking powder (can be omitted if using self-raising flour)
Wet ingredients:
3/4th cup milk
1 banana (mashed)
1 egg (optional)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chocolate sauce
Serving Suggestions:
Chocolate chips
Vanilla ice cream
Honey/ Chocolate sauce/ Maple Syrup/ Caramel
Equipment needed:
Mixing Bowls (2)
Sieve
Spatula (2)
Whisk/ Hand blender
Waffle Iron/ Pan
Cooking Spray
Recipe at a glance:
1. Measure out all your ingredients
2. Sieve all your dry ingredients (can be sieved together), and mix well
3. Mix all your wet ingredients separately
4. Incorporate the dry mix (2) into the wet mix (3)
5. Blend to get smooth, lump free batter (of pourable consistency)
6.Spray waffle iron/ pan with cooking spray and heat
7.Pour some batter onto waffle iron/pan and cook till ready
8.Garnish, serve and enjoy ! 😍🥰🙌🥞🧇
