hi everyone and welcome to beat the rushtoday we’re cooking roasted butternutsquash pancakes let’s start by lightlybeating two eggs then add one cup of soymilk two tablespoons of vegetable oiltwo tablespoons of honey and 1 cup ofbutternut squash puree stir untilcombined add one cup of oat flour onecup of all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons ofbaking powder an alpha teaspoon ofcinnamon stir until combined it’s anonstick griddle or frying pan scoop thebatter onto the pan using 1/4 of a cupfor each pancake when the top of thepancake starts bubbling about 1 and 1/2minutes turn them over and let them cookfor another minute I add them withpowdered sugar and cinnamon but add anytoppings you like find a recipe in thedescription box below well sayssubscribe for more vegetarian recipesthanks for watching and see you nexttime
