While reading the book, No Grain, No Pain by Dr. Peter Osborne I stumbled upon this recipe and had to try it! It’s now one that our family uses often and my kids don’t even know the difference. This recipe is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you are like me and eat breakfast foods no matter what time of day. It’s protein packed and low carb.
